About Me

My name is Vincent Casey, and I started Delta Dynamic Consulting because I want to help empower my clients—restaurants, cafes, shops, and other small businesses—with personalized bookkeeping, financial planning, & analysis, and consulting services. With years of experience working with small businesses, including audits, and providing other services to over 100 organizations, some of which were managing assets over $500 million. I have learned how small businesses can put systems and operations in place to take advantage of efficiencies in this competitive marketplace. We can leverage my experiences to help your business thrive in an ever-changing economy.  Although we offer a variety of services at Delta Dynamics, such as marketing materials, like flyers, menus, business cards, logos, and website design, We also offer financial services such as Bookkeeping and Financial Planning & Analysis services. Our mission is to keep things simple and efficient.  I want to ensure your bookkeeping, financial records, and overall, your business are maintained in a structured and well-planned manner, so you can take advantage of the time it grants you to focus on what matters most to you and your business.

My background and experience have allowed me to experience and learn about a variety of organizations.  I have become adept at gaining an understanding of a business and how it operates in order to perform a preliminary analysis of its financial standing. I have engaged and held discussions with CEOs, CFOs, and other members of management to gain a thorough understanding of internal control processes and operational procedures. As part of my preliminary analysis, I would review board minutes for the year to identify key insights and align my approach with the organization’s goals. Following this, I conducted audits of critical financial areas, such as Cash, Prepaid Assets, Fixed Assets, Debts, Revenues, significant Expenses, Payroll, and other liabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. My work culminated in preparing comprehensive analyses and financial statements to provide a clear and actionable overview of the organization’s financial health.

With a BBA in Accountancy from SUNY Geneseo, I have honed my skills in financial reporting, audit documentation, and leveraging tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and Python to provide innovative and efficient solutions. My passion lies in helping small businesses focus on what they do best—delighting their customers—while I take care of the financial side of their business.
